Food & Environment Sensitivity Testing

Food & Environment Sensitivity Testing

More and more people today are becoming sensitive to the food that they eat and are experiencing poor digestion, headaches, tiredness, skin problems and other symptoms. The same can be said of reactions to skin and body care products, household cleaners and other chemicals Using simple muscle testing, Terri can determine which foods or products are causing the problems.

In the case of food sensitivities, the majority of people tend to eat the same ten foods all the time and the problem could simply be that the body system is overloaded. Wheat is a prime example of an overload because people eat toast, sandwiches, pasta, biscuits and cakes during the day and wheat is also found in gravy and sauce mixes. It is prolific in western diets and can cause problems. A break from this type of food can often rectify the problem but because we have emotional attachments to our food, rather than just say “Do not eat Wheat” or whatever food is causing the problem, Terri will check for alternative foods that can be eaten instead so there is no feeling of deprivation.

Our homes are full of chemical products, (and there are many chemical additives in our food too) and not a lot is known about how all these 50,000 chemicals affect human beings. An average woman uses 12 personal care products daily, many of which contain all sorts of chemicals. Chemicals are also found in household cleaning agents as well as in carpets, soft furnishings, air fresheners,  gardening products, mattresses our water supply and other areas of the home and work environment. The cumulative effect of these chemicals can impact on our health. Kinesiology can determine which products are causing problems and then together with the client, a way to reduce their presence can be worked out.
